WELCOME TO HOVERSON FARMS

We are a forward-thinking farming operation based in the Northern Plains growing region. Raising high quality potatoes is at the core of our business, but we are also dedicated to raising quality corn, soybeans, sugar beets, seed canola and wheat. Our 26,000 acres of growing fields are situated on rich, nutrient-dense soils from a glacial drift. 20,000 acres are fully irrigated, with the Elk Valley aquifer providing excellent water quality.

We believe our operation crews, support staff and our business relationships are our greatest asset. They are our partners and our future.

We are pleased to have earned an Environmental Stewardship award from the National Potato Council in recognition of our environmental protection practices. Soil amendments, crop rotations and unique growing practices, combined with our desirable growing climate, have helped us to achieve the leading farming operation position we have strived for the past 37 years.
